A valid Welland Public Library account is required to borrow Library materials, use the Internet stations in the Library or to access licensed databases from home.

Library cards are free to anyone living in Welland or surrounding areas. Anyone 14 years or older must provide photo ID and identification showing their name and current address.

Children up to age 14 require the signature of a parent or guardian to get a Library card. Parents are responsible for their child's use of all Library resources.

If your card is lost or damaged, there will be a $3.00 replacement charge.
